BADIN: The National Database and Registration Authority started giving Pakistan Cards to the rain-hit people of all the five talukas of the district, from Saturday. They will be distributed in a 60-day programme, with five days each for the 12 union councils of Matli, Talhar, Badin, Golarchi and Tando Bago talukas.
