Dr Nabiha Ali Khan’s husband hits out at Fiza Ali, calls her ‘devil’ in Ramazan show dispute

The controversy between Pakistani morning show host Fiza Ali and Dr Nabiha Ali Khan has once again become a topic of discussion on social media. This time, Dr Nabiha Ali Khan’s husband has issued a strong statement regarding Fiza Ali.

The issue first made headlines in the early days of Ramazan when Fiza Ali mentioned Dr Nabiha Ali Khan’s marital life during her Ramazan transmission and referred to their separation, which sparked significant uproar on social media. Later, Dr Nabiha Ali Khan and her husband reconciled.

During the controversy, several social media users claimed that Fiza Ali had escalated the matter further by mentioning Dr Nabiha Ali Khan’s husband and his family. Some people also alleged that the issue was raised merely to boost the ratings of the Ramazan transmission.

Now, Dr Nabiha Ali Khan’s husband Haris Khokhar, in a recent interview, has strongly criticised Fiza Ali. He said that during Ramazan, Fiza Ali appeared to take on the role of the devil.

Speaking during the interview, Haris Khokhar said that when private matters between a husband and wife are brought onto digital or social media platforms, the situation often becomes more complicated. According to him, divorces or marital disputes tend to escalate when they become topics of public debate.

He further said that disagreements between spouses are often simply matters of ego between two individuals and can be resolved through mutual conversation. However, when families and social media become involved, issues tend to worsen instead of being resolved.

Haris Khokhar added that this is why couples should resolve their problems themselves without involving a third party. He also stated that when Fiza Ali mentioned his name on television, he felt it was necessary to respond.
