Rosanna Pansino criticises MrBeast over ‘apolitical’ stance and Trump rally claim
Pansino has criticised MrBeast, arguing that the creator is not as politically neutral as he suggests

YouTuber Rosanna Pansino has criticised Jimmy “MrBeast” Donaldson over his claim that he avoids politics, arguing that the creator is not as politically neutral as he suggests.
The criticism followed a 27-second clip posted on March 4, 2026 by Daniel “Keemstar’s” Drama Alert. In the video, MrBeast explained why he does not publicly take political positions, saying it could undermine the effectiveness of his philanthropic initiatives.

“We just don't do anything political just because we do so much where we help people in need. And like, it's like, Beast Philanthropy, the second I start taking a side politically, it's instantly going to be half as effective because then, you know, the other half of the aisle is just not going to support it or help it.”
Pansino responded on social media, disputing the claim that the world’s most subscribed YouTuber remains politically neutral. She suggested the stance may be motivated by business concerns.
“Or, perhaps, MrBeast doesn't want people to know his politics because he will lose business. Jimmy attended a Trump rally. He recently hired 4 Republican lobbyists including Tom Apodaco (former Republican State Senator for NC) to lobby for his company. His bffs are people like Logan Paul and Keemstar and he looks up to and works with people like Peter Thiel and Elon Musk. His company is based in NC, which ranks DEAD LAST for workers rights. He took an undisclosed amount of money to build a theme park in Saudi Arabia. MrBeast is NOT politically neutral or ‘Apolitical’. Don’t be fooled by his constant PR BS.”
The exchange follows another recent dispute between the two creators. On March 1, 2026, Pansino alleged on X that MrBeast purchases YouTube views using the platform’s promotional tools.
She wrote: “I'm not 'accusing' him. It is a fact based on the data. MrBeasts long form views are down by about 50% from last year AND he ran his long form and short form videos as ads 428 times last year alone (buying views). He is using YouTube's 'Promote' feature, where you put in money and you get views/subs. This is how you buy views on YouTube following their rules.”
MrBeast has not publicly responded to Pansino’s latest statements.
