PSB lists 53 non-affiliated federations

ISLAMABAD:

The official website of the Pakistan Sports Board (PSB), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination, has uploaded a list of 53 federations and associations operating in the country that are not registered or affiliated with the Board. According to the details published on the website, all these federations are considered non-affiliated organizations and have no legal connection with the official sports structure.

According to the information released, all federations that are not registered or affiliated with the Pakistan Sports Board do not have any legal right to represent the country at any level, either domestically or internationally, under the name “Pakistan.” These organizations are not authorized to send national teams to any international event, use Pakistan’s name, or participate under the national flag.

The website clarifies that these non-affiliated organizations will not be provided any kind of government financial assistance, grants, or technical support.

The federations not affiliated with PSB include:

The PSB has warned athletes, parents, and relevant stakeholders to verify the legal status of any such organization through the list on the website before engaging in any transactions or participating in sports events, as these federations do not officially have the authority to represent Pakistan.
