Z2C suspends employee, says it is not under investigation by FIA

Z2C said on Wednesday that it has no involvement in a matter currently under investigation by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), according to an official statement.

The company said the individual referenced in recent reports acted strictly in a personal capacity and that the actions under review were not related to Z2C’s operations, finances, clients, or business activities. No company systems, accounts, or funds were involved, the statement added.

“Z2C is not under investigation,” the company emphasised, noting that the employee has been suspended from all duties pending the outcome of the legal process and further internal review.

The statement reiterated that Z2C operates as a fully compliant organisation, with all financial transactions conducted through formal banking channels in line with regulatory requirements.

The company confirmed it will extend full cooperation to the relevant authorities if required.
