A legal face-off between ValueMax Group Limited and luxury fashion giant Louis Vuitton Malletier has officially come to an end.
ValueMax announced that its subsidiary, ValueMax Retail Pte Ltd (VMR), has reached an amicable settlement with Louis Vuitton over an intellectual property dispute.
The lawsuit, which had placed the Singapore-listed group opposite one of the most recognizable names in global fashion, was formally discontinued on February 12, 2026.
Crucially, the settlement was reached without any admission of liability by VMR. While the specific terms remain undisclosed, the company confirmed that the resolution will not have a material impact on its financial results for the current financial year.
The update was formally communicated on February 23, 2026, by Company Secretary Lotus Isabella Lim Mei Hua.
Though corporate in nature, the clash attracted attention due to Louis Vuitton’s status as a global luxury powerhouse.
