FIA completes PTI foreign funding challan

ISLAMABAD:

The FIA informed a banking court on Wednesday that it has completed the challan in the foreign funding case against the PTI founder and others, with formal submission expected within the next few days after completion of procedural requirements.

Banking Court Judge Abdul Ghafoor Kakar heard the case, during which Special Prosecutor Wasiq Malik appeared on behalf of the prosecution.

The investigating officer told the court that the challan had been finalised and handed over to the relevant authorities. He added that the deputy director legal would soon complete the remaining legal process.
