Luke Ronchi appointed head coach of Islamabad United

Islamabad United are delighted to announce the appointment of Luke Ronchi as the team’s new Head Coach, marking the return of one of the most influential and loved figures in PSL history.

A fan favourite in Islamabad United colours, Ronchi’s contribution to the HBL Pakistan Super League goes far beyond numbers. Widely recognised as one of the most impactful overseas player in HBLPSL history, his fearless batting, big-match temperament, and leadership presence helped define modern T20 intent in the league.

Ronchi played a central role in Islamabad United’s most memorable campaigns, producing performances that have become part of HBLPSL folklore and creating a deep connection with the Islamabad United fanbase that has remained strong long after his playing days.
