The District and Sessions Court of Islamabad on Tuesday issued non-bailable arrest warrants against former Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa chief minister Ali Amin Gandapur in an audio leak case, ordering police to arrest him and present him before the court.
The move follows his absence from the hearing, which also led the court to begin steps for declaring him an absconder.
The case was heard by Additional District and Sessions Judge Nasruminullah Baloch at the District and Sessions Courts Islamabad. During the proceedings, a co-accused named in the case appeared before the court.
