Desmond Scott spotted with mystery woman days after ex-wife Kristy files for divorce

Desmond Scott was seen kissing a woman in Houston, Texas, just days after his estranged wife, Kristy, filed for divorce following more than a decade of marriage.

Footage obtained by TMZ on Thursday, January 15, shows the TikTok creator at the Houston bar Sante with a woman sitting on his lap. The pair were filmed kissing for an extended period while socialising at the venue.

Earlier this month, it was confirmed that Kristy who is known online as Kristy Sarah, filed for divorce from Desmond in December 2025 after 12 years of marriage. In the filing, she cited alleged infidelity as the reason for the split. The petition stated there was no chance of reconciliation and noted that the couple would “soon stop living together as husband and wife”.

Court documents obtained by news outlets show that Kristy requested her surname be restored to her maiden name, Small. Regarding their two children, sons Vance and Westin, Kristy said she and Desmond planned to enter a written agreement covering custody, access and support. If an agreement cannot be reached, she asked the court to decide the matter.

Desmond addressed the divorce publicly on January 10 in a statement shared on his Instagram Story. “I want to begin by apologizing to Kristy, our family, and everyone who has been impacted by the public attention surrounding this situation,” he wrote. He added, “Kristy is the mother of my children, and that will always come first.”

He also acknowledged personal failings, stating, “I made choices I’m not proud of,” and asked for privacy as the family adjusts.

Kristy has not directly responded to Desmond’s statement. However, days after filing for divorce, she shared an Instagram post reading, “Same address,” which some followers interpreted as a reference to her living arrangements.
