Girls' Generation member Tiffany and actor Byun Yohan have confirmed they are in a serious relationship with marriage in mind, according to an official statement released by Byun’s agency, TEAMHOPE. The confirmation was issued on December 13 and followed reports regarding the couple’s relationship status.

In its statement, TEAMHOPE said, “The two actors are currently in a serious relationship under the premise of marriage.”

The agency added that while no specific plans have been finalised, “both actors have expressed their desire to be the first to inform their fans the moment their intentions are decided.” The statement concluded by thanking the public for its interest and asking for continued support for the couple.

The agency clarified that there is no confirmed timetable regarding a wedding. References to a possible timeframe, including next autumn, were described as unconfirmed, with the emphasis placed on the couple’s intention to communicate directly with fans once decisions are made.

Byun Yohan made his acting debut in a short film in 2011 and has since appeared in a range of film and television productions. His credits include Missing Life, Mr. Sunshine and Hansan: The Appearance of the Dragon. He is also set to appear in the forthcoming film Tazza 4.

Tiffany debuted in 2007 as a member of Girls' Generation under SM Entertainment, becoming part of one of South Korea’s most successful music groups. After leaving the label, she began working under the name Tiffany Young in 2018. Her acting work includes appearances in The Youngest Son of a Chaebol House and the stage musical Chicago.
