10-year-old runner shines at National Games
Kainat Ibrahim wins bronze in women's 10,000m, stuns senior athletes

A 10-year-old Karachi girl, Kainat Ibrahim, captured hearts at the 35th National Games by winning a bronze medal in the women's 10,000-metre race, outpacing senior athletes in a thrilling performance.
The event, held at the Pakistan Navy PNS Karsaz Physical & Training Centre Sports Complex, saw Kainat maintain her pace even as three senior competitors collapsed on the track due to exhaustion and required immediate medical attention.
Undeterred, Kainat completed the grueling long-distance race to the cheers of spectators, showcasing remarkable speed and stamina.
Speaking after her achievement, Kainat said, "with determination and hard work, anyone can achieve success."
Trained under Coach Abubakar at the PSB Coaching Centre, she shared her dream of representing Pakistan at the international level.
