Lahooti Festival enthrals audience

Renowned artistes Sanam Marvi, Saif Samejo and Rajab Faqeer captivated the audience with their performances at Lahooti Festival which began on Sunday.

Minister for Prisons Ali Hassan Zardari and Minister for Tourism Zulfiqar Ali Shah were in attendance.

Speaking on the occasion, Zulfiqar Shah lauded the enthusiasm of the youth of Shaheed Benazirabad, adding that PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has consistently championed the cause of young people.

He said the Lahooti Festival plays a vital role in promoting emerging talent from Sindh, adding that the Culture and Tourism Department "belongs to the youth" and remains committed to supporting them.

Hassan Zardari also praised the vibrant spirit of the local youth and the warm welcome extended to the guests. He said the Lahooti Festival had infused new energy into the city and expressed gratitude to the organisers. He added that the Sindh government is working to create recreational opportunities for the youth across the province.
