Twelve suspected terrorists were arrested in Lahore in connection with attacks on two places of worship of a minority sect and a hospital in the city.
Deputy Chief of Police Operations Rao Sardar said the suspects have been arrested from the city's suburbs. He said a large quantity of explosives and weapons have also been seized from their custody.
The attack took place in May, when militants wearing suicide jackets burst into two places of worship of the Ahmadi community in Lahore and killed 82 worshipers.
