Lil Uzi Vert has officially beaten a sexual harassment lawsuit filed by his former assistant, ending a legal dispute that alleged inappropriate behavior and workplace misconduct.
The case was dismissed last week after the plaintiff, identified only as Jane Doe, voluntarily dropped the suit with prejudice, meaning it cannot be refiled.
The lawsuit, originally filed against Lil Uzi Vert, his company UziVert LLC, and Roc Nation, claimed the Philadelphia rapper sent explicit messages and created a hostile work environment between 2022 and 2025. Doe alleged that Uzi made unwelcome sexual advances, including messages such as “Come rub me down before you leave” and “Let me see that booty.”
Court documents also revealed claims that when the assistant rejected these alleged advances, Lil Uzi Vert became verbally abusive. Her legal team argued that his conduct caused emotional distress and financial strain, further claiming Roc Nation enabled the toxic environment.
The lawsuit sought both compensatory and punitive damages for emotional distress and career harm. However, no settlement details or financial agreements have been disclosed publicly.
With the case dismissed, Lil Uzi Vert—best known for hits like “XO Tour Llif3” and “Just Wanna Rock”—can now move past the allegations that have shadowed his career in recent months. Roc Nation has not commented on the outcome.
The dismissal marks a major legal victory for the rapper, closing a chapter of controversy and speculation surrounding his professional conduct and management practices.
