Shehryar and Asad cruise into World Junior Tennis J-60 doubles quarterfinal
The Pakistani duo defeated the pair of Britain's Theodor Kraytchev and Thailand's Napradh Lalai in round of 16

Pakistani duo Shehryar Anees and Asad Zaman defeated Great Britain's Theodor Kraytchev and Thailand's Napradh Lalai in the International Tennis Federation Pakistan National Foods World Junior Tennis Championship J-60 2025 boys doubles pre-quarterfinals at the PTF Complex in Islamabad on Wednesday.
A large number of junior tennis players from around the world, including China, Japan, Kazakhstan, Korea, Lithuania, Russia, Thailand, Turkey, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Nepal and the host nation, Pakistan, are participating in this prestigious tournament.
The event is proudly sponsored by National Foods of Pakistan.
Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Pakistan Ladislav Steinhübel, along with Brassiter Asad Saifullah Khan, Honorary Consul of the Czech Republic in Pakistan, visited the PTF Complex to witness the matches.
President Pakistan Tennis Federation Aisamul Haq Qureshi was also present on the occasion.
The J-60 is a higher-ranked tournament than the J-30. For the first time, the J-60 is being organised in Pakistan.
Aisam said that this is the first time a J-60 tournament is being held in Pakistan, and next year, there are plans to host two J-60 tournaments and five J-30 tournaments.
