“I always try to take care of everyone, to give a higher standard, five star service. I prepare everything for everybody, every country—that I wish to make a history of Miss Universe with the organization. This is my dream, but I know sometimes many conditions happen,” he said.
“If anything happened today; you are not happy; some delegate feeling not comfortable, I do apologize, and also [to] the fans around the world too. But please understand our side too,” he added.
