Is Hilary Duff releasing new music? 'Lizzy McGuire' star launches mysterious countdown

Hilary Duff revealed a mysterious countdown on her website ahead of comeback with new music, leaving fans speculating.

The Lizzy McGuire star shared a link to her official website on Sunday, which opened to a timer counting down.

According to calculations, the countdown will end on November 3 at 2pm ET/11am PT.

Almost two months ago, Duff officially announced that she would be marking her comeback with new music and a docuseries, after signing a new deal with Atlantic Records for her upcoming album.

While attending the Vogue World: Hollywood fashion event a week prior, Duff hinted that fans will be getting new music very soon, which is what the countdown seems to be about.

“We’re getting something really soon,” she told Variety's Marc Malkin. “I have been hard at work in the studio with my husband [Matthew Koma] and a few other amazingly talented people. [My fans] are going to hear something so soon, like in the blink of an eye.”

Additionally, Duff is also set to return as an actor in an upcoming new series on Hulu.
