Melodies of resilience fill Karachi's air
NAPA's young performers celebrate the nation's collective strength and the armed forces' triumph in Marka-e-Haq

The National Academy of Performing Arts (NAPA) organised a special ceremony titled 'Naghma-e-Watan', presenting patriotic songs prepared by young artists as a tribute to the bravery and sacrifices of the Pakistan Armed Forces.
The event celebrated and honoured the armed forces for their success in Maraka-e-Haq and Operation Bunyanum Mars?s. It drew wide appreciation for its creative performances and emotional connection to the spirit of national unity.
Director General Rangers, Sindh, Major General Muhammad Shamraiz attended the ceremony as the chief guest. He praised NAPA, teachers, and artists for their two decades of creativity, dedication, and perseverance.
Maraka-e-Haq is a symbol of the Pakistani nation's resolve and resilience. Operation Bunyanum Mars?s is not merely a military triumph but also a testament to national unity, perseverance, and bravery.
During the operation, while Pakistan's armed forces fought valiantly on the battlefield, citizens — young and old, men and women — stood steadfast beside them. When the people, the armed forces, and institutions unite for a national cause, no power in the world can defeat them.
NAPA is known for nurturing artistic talent. It not only nurtures the creative abilities of students but also plays a vital role in character building and promoting social harmony among the youth through the arts.
On the occasion, NAPA Chairman Syed Javed Iqbal paid glowing tribute to the armed forces for their success in Maraka-e-Haq, while appreciating the Pakistan Rangers, Sindh, for their key role in maintaining peace and suppressing criminal elements in Sindh, particularly Karachi.
Major General Shamraiz congratulated NAPA on completing 20 years. He said that the institution's journey over the years represented an inspiring example of artistic excellence and commitment to national values.
