One Piece season 2 release date confirmed for March 2025 on Netflix

Netflix has officially announced that One Piece Season 2 will premiere on March 10, 2025, giving fans their first look at Luffy on Drum Island.

The hit live-action adaptation of Eiichiro Oda’s beloved manga is set to continue the adventures of the Straw Hat Pirates as they sail toward the Grand Line in search of the legendary treasure known as the “One Piece.”

Returning cast members include Iñaki Godoy as Monkey D. Luffy, Emily Rudd as Nami, Mackenyu as Zoro, Jacob Romero Gibson as Usopp, Taz Skylar as Sanji, Morgan Davies, and Jeff Ward. Season 1 ended with the crew defeating Arlong and setting out on a new voyage after earning their first bounty.

Season 2 will explore major story arcs from the manga and anime, taking viewers through Loguetown, Reverse Mountain (Twin Capes), Whiskey Peak, Little Garden, and Drum Island. Creator Eiichiro Oda confirmed that the fan-favorite reindeer doctor Tony Tony Chopper will make his live-action debut, while executive producer Matt Owens revealed that Dr. Kureha will have a central role in the new season.

The upcoming installment will also feature new faces, including Mikaela Hoover, Rigo Sanchez, Charithra Chandran, Sendhil Ramamurthy, Katey Sagal, Joe Manganiello, David Dastmalchian, and Lera Abova, among others.

With expanded storylines, new adventures, and highly anticipated character introductions, One Piece Season 2 is shaping up to be one of Netflix’s most exciting 2025 releases, continuing to build momentum for the global franchise.
