DoorDash is under scrutiny after delivery driver Livie Rose Henderson claimed her account was deactivated shortly after she reported an incident of alleged sexual harassment.

The event reportedly took place on October 12, 2025, when a man allegedly exposed himself to her during a delivery.

In one of her TikTok videos, Henderson showed footage from the delivery and explained, “A man named Austin orders DoorDash selects the option to have order left at door sees his door dasher (me) has a female name ‘falls asleep on the couch’ with his pants and underwear to his ankles and his front door wide open in 59°F so this is what I see when I have to leave the order.”

She also said, “If I get one more you guys, I’m letting you know right now my account is going to be banned. DoorDash punished me for exposing my assaulter, and TikTok is currently punishing me… This is the only justice I’m getting because I also reported this to the police, and the police are doing nothing.”

The incident has sparked divided reactions online, with some social media users defending her actions and others suggesting she breached delivery protocol by recording the customer.

DoorDash later confirmed that Henderson’s account had been deactivated for violating the company’s “Invasion of Privacy” policy, stating that, "Posting a video of a customer in their home, and disclosing their personal details publicly, is a clear violation of our policies".

According to New York law, being nude inside one’s own home is not considered a sexual offence; however, it could be treated as a Class B misdemeanour for public lewdness if the exposure is visible to others, such as through an open door.

Livie Rose Henderson confirmed she reported the matter to police, though no updates on the investigation have been shared publicly.
