Fire breaks out in Lahore Development Authority's offices

Rescue 1122, fire tenders rush to site

LAHORE:

A fire was reported on the first floor of the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Building at the Civil Court, according to the Punjab Emergency Services Department and Rescue 1122 sources. No casualties have been reported.

15 firetender vehicles were present at the scene along with 50 rescue officers. 

The fire was reportedly caused by short circuiting in the building. It took 4 hours for the blaze to be entirely extinguished.
