A girl was allegedly harassed and unlawfully confined at a software house in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, prompting her family to raid the premises, leading to aerial firing and panic in the area.
Police arrested eight individuals and recovered weapons from five. The victim's father, Syed Shoaib Hussain, filed a complaint against branch manager Daniyal for harassment, threats, and assault.
The situation escalated when Daniyal's associate opened fire, triggering retaliation from the complainant's relatives and office guards. Police registered six cases, including under the Illegal Arms Act.
