SSSniperwolf reveals ex-husband wants control of Youtube channels despite divorce settlement
One of YouTube’s most recognised figures, SSSniperwolf, real name Alia Shelesh, has shared new details about her ongoing legal dispute with her former husband, Evan “Sausage” Young.
Speaking during a livestream with Kai Cenat, Shelesh explained that although Young already received half of their assets during the divorce, he is now pursuing additional claims, including rights to her YouTube channels and future earnings. “He’s suing me for the lot,” she said. “He’s got half already, but he’s after all my future earnings anyway.”
Court filings reveal the case is structured as a business lawsuit, not just a personal divorce matter. Young has filed seven counts, alleging breach of duty, breach of contract, and interference, among others.
Central to his claim is that the SSSniperwolf channel was a joint venture since its creation in 2013. He maintains that while Shelesh was the on-camera personality, he contributed scripts, editing, and operational support, making the brand a shared business asset.
The case also revisits long-circulating claims about SSSniperwolf’s early gaming content. The lawsuit suggests Young recorded gameplay during her initial Call of Duty era, with Shelesh providing commentary. If proven, this could challenge the authenticity of her early YouTube history.
The legal dispute has stretched for three years, with Young asserting they had an agreement to split advertising revenue evenly. According to him, this arrangement ended when Shelesh allegedly excluded him following their separation in 2022.
