Liam Hemsworth and Gabriella Brooks are officially engaged. The Australian actor and the model confirmed the news on Friday, September 12, with Brooks sharing a series of photos on Instagram, including a close-up of her diamond engagement ring.
The 29-year-old model captioned the post with a simple white heart emoji. The first black-and-white image showed Brooks embracing Hemsworth, 35, while flashing her ring. Other photos included a scenic ocean shot and a close-up of her hand with the sparkling diamond.

The announcement comes just one month after the couple sparked speculation when Brooks was photographed in Ibiza wearing a diamond ring on her left hand. At the time, Hemsworth’s representatives declined to comment.
Hemsworth and Brooks were first linked in December 2019 when they were spotted having brunch with the actor’s parents in Byron Bay. They made their relationship Instagram official in June 2021, appearing together at the Gold Dinner in Sydney alongside Chris Hemsworth, Elsa Pataky, and friends.
Over the years, the couple have kept their romance relatively private, though they have occasionally shared moments on social media and appeared at red carpet events together. Brooks previously posted a shirtless photo of Hemsworth to celebrate his birthday in 2022, while the pair stepped out for the Sydney premiere of Poker Face later that year.
This marriage will be Hemsworth’s second. The Hunger Games star was previously married to singer Miley Cyrus in December 2018 before finalizing their divorce in February 2020.
