Emily Osment finalises divorce from Jack Farina as court confirms split

The 'Hannah Montana' star is officially divorced from her musician husband after less than a year of marriage.

Actress Emily Osment is officially single after finalising her divorce from musician Jack Anthony Farina. A judge’s order confirming the end of the marriage took effect on Monday following a mandatory six-month waiting period.

Osment, married Farina in October 2024, but the couple separated less than two months later. In March 2025, the actor filed for divorce in Los Angeles Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences. The marriage lasted less than five months, and the pair have no children.

This was Osment’s first marriage. She is the younger sister of Haley Joel Osment, best known for his role in The Sixth Sense.

While her private life has drawn recent headlines, Emily Osment’s career continues to progress steadily. She rose to prominence playing Lilly Truscott, the best friend of Miley Stewart, in Disney Channel’s Hannah Montana from 2006 to 2011.
