Aseefa Bhutto inspects maternal health facilities

First Lady Bibi Aseefa Bhutto Zardari, along with the Health and Population Welfare Dr Azra Fazal Pechuho visited the 450-bedded Institute of Mother and Child Health (IM&CH), Nawabshah, on Friday.

Executive Director IM&CH Dr Ali Akber Siyal and Assistant Professor of Pediatrics Dr Sania Ali Haider received them. The delegation toured the fully functional Pediatric High Dependency Unit (HDU), Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) with ventilators, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) equipped with incubators and neonatal ventilators, as well as the Gynecology HDU with ventilator support, the Operation Theatre, and the Labour Room.
