Actor Hira Mani has once again found herself at the centre of an online storm after sharing a photoshoot in the rain, dressed in a blue silk saree, according to Express News.

The images, captioned with a romantic line — "The weather is telling whose mischief it is, the raindrops are revealing whose warmth it is" — quickly went viral, but not for the reasons the star may have intended.

Many social media users criticised the actor, accusing her of being insensitive at a time when the country is reeling from heavy rains and floods that have claimed hundreds of lives.

"This is not the time for bold photoshoots. The nation is in mourning," one user wrote. Another commented: "You are a star. Please avoid such posts, they damage your reputation."

Some critics went further, urging Hira to follow the example of fellow actors Ayeza Khan and Mahira Khan, both often praised for their understated style and simplicity.

This is not the first time Hira Mani has been at the centre of controversy. Known as much for her bold fashion choices and candid remarks as for her acting, she remains one of the most talked-about figures on Pakistani social media — whether fans approve or not.
