IHC extends stay on NPHA dismissals

The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday extended its stay order against the implementation of the orders to dismiss employees of the Naya Pakistan Housing Authority (NPHA) under rightsizing until the next hearing.

Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir heard the petition filed by dismissed employees of the Naya Pakistan Housing Authority.

Justice Tahir ordered that the stay order would remain in effect, and the federation should submit its para-wise comments.
