Trisha Paytas has confirmed she will not be having more children, revealing that she underwent tubal ligation after giving birth to her third child, Aquaman Moses Paytas-Hacmon, on July 12, 2025.

In a recent episode of her podcast Just Trish, the content creator explained her decision, citing a “traumatic” delivery and ongoing health concerns.

Paytas described the birth as complicated, saying her uterine lining was dangerously thin, and that recovery from her third C-section had been particularly difficult.

“I just knew I couldn’t do this again,” Paytas said during the episode. “I felt it mentally, physically, spiritually, I was done.”

She added that discussions with her doctor led her to opt for a permanent procedure. A tubal ligation, commonly known as "getting tubes tied", is a surgical method of sterilization that prevents future pregnancies by blocking or sealing the fallopian tubes.

Paytas noted that the procedure was completed immediately following her delivery.

The decision came after prior conversations about the risks of carrying another child, and the emotional toll of her previous pregnancies.

She and her husband, Moses Hacmon, welcomed their son a few weeks ahead of the original due date, with Paytas calling it “the hardest birth” she has experienced.

The baby’s name, Aquaman, was revealed days later in line with her pattern of pop culture-inspired names.
