UFC star Conor McGregor turned 37 on July 14, marking the occasion with a brief message on X: “Happy birthday to me!” The timing of the post followed rapper Azealia Banks' public accusations that McGregor sent her unsolicited nude images.
Happy birthday to me!
Banks shared screenshots allegedly showing McGregor posing explicitly, including one involving a dumbbell with the caption “Lifting weights,” and a message warning, “Don’t be a rat cos all rats get caught.” She described the encounter as “sexual harassment” and criticised his reported political aspirations.
Despite the media storm, McGregor has made no formal comment. His short birthday message appeared to be his only public response, interpreted by many as a sign of detachment or defiance.
McGregor’s fiancée, Dee Devlin, remained silent. The couple, engaged since 2020, share three children and have weathered multiple controversies together. Devlin has historically avoided public comment during scandals.
Further fuelling speculation, McGregor was recently photographed kissing an unidentified woman on a beach in Fort Lauderdale. Devlin was not seen in the images, raising fresh questions about the couple’s relationship.
As allegations circulate and public scrutiny builds, McGregor's decision to remain quiet has only added to the intrigue. For now, his understated birthday post is the only message he’s chosen to send.
