Kelly Osbourne has refuted rumours suggesting her parents, Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, have a suicide pact following Ozzy’s final concert performance.

The rumours resurfaced after the Black Sabbath frontman’s last live appearance, which was held amid family tensions related to a financial disagreement with a scheduled band.

Kelly addressed the speculation on her Instagram Stories, strongly denying the claims reported by the Express US.

She stated, “Stop making articles or posts about how you think my parents are having a suicide pact. That was bulls**t my mom said to get attention one time. And my dad's not dying. Stop!”

The discussion of a possible pact had been previously raised in a 2023 episode of The Osbournes podcast, where Sharon Osbourne mentioned euthanasia as “still a plan” and Ozzy Osbourne had previously mentioned the option of physician-assisted suicide under severe health conditions in 2014.

Kelly also responded to a circulating AI-generated video that falsely depicted Ozzy as stating he was “dying.”

She clarified, “He's not dying! Yes, he has Parkinson's. And yes his mobility is completely different than it used to be but he's not f-king dying.”

Ozzy Osbourne, who has been open about his Parkinson’s diagnosis, performed his last concert recently, with the family sharing moments from the event despite ongoing challenges.
