
Marvel Studios has officially released the Lift Off teaser trailer for The Fantastic Four: First Steps, giving fans a thrilling first look at Marvel’s First Family’s long-awaited entry into the MCU. The film is set to hit theaters on July 25, 2025.
Set in a 1960s-inspired retro-futuristic world, the trailer showcases high-stakes action, including a stunning chase through the cosmos featuring the Fantastic Four and the Silver Surfer. The team—Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic (Pedro Pascal), Sue Storm/Invisible Woman (Vanessa Kirby), Johnny Storm/Human Torch (Joseph Quinn), and Ben Grimm/The Thing (Ebon Moss-Bachrach)—faces their biggest threat yet: Galactus, played by Ralph Ineson.
Also introduced in the teaser is Julia Garner’s Silver Surfer, the powerful Herald of Galactus. The villain’s plan to consume Earth takes a personal turn for the team, testing not only their heroic limits but also the strength of their family bond.
Directed by Matt Shakman (WandaVision), the film also stars Paul Walter Hauser, John Malkovich, Natasha Lyonne, and Sarah Niles. Kevin Feige leads production, with Louis D’Esposito, Grant Curtis, and Tim Lewis serving as executive producers.
