Furness, 69, filed for divorce on May 27. Her petition indicated no legal disputes between the pair, and sources have confirmed that the terms were mutually agreed upon. The settlement reportedly includes a significant spousal support arrangement, one that insiders say Deborra is satisfied with.

The couple first announced their separation in September 2023, stating that their focus remained on their family, which includes two adopted children, Oscar and Ava. In their original joint statement, they noted that it would be their only public comment regarding the split.

Property records show the former couple is also splitting their $24 million New York City penthouse equally, part of a larger division of their shared $387 million fortune.
