World reacts to US bombing of Iran

US forces attacked three Iranian nuclear sites late Saturday, prompting widespread condemnations and calls for de-escalation. 

Tehran has held Washington fully responsible for what it called a “heinous crime” after US bombed three of its nuclear sites, including Fordow, warning of serious consequences. Iran accused the US and Israel of jointly waging war against its people and said the attack violated the UN Charter and Resolution 2231.

Vowing to defend its sovereignty by all means, Iran warned that silence from the international community would lead to global chaos.

Several other world leaders strongly condemned the US strikes and emphasized the need for dialogue and diplomatic channels to de-escalate tensions. 

Pakistan condemns US strikes on Iran

Pakistan condemned the US for launching strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities, calling the move a violation of international law and warning it could further destabilise the region.
