Minor drowns in canal

A minor girl slipped and feared to be drowned into Shahnal canal while playing near Chak Hamta Adda Shahnal Multan road Lodhran.

According to Rescue officials, three minor girls were playing along with the bank of Shahnal canal and suddenly one minor girl slipped and drowned into the canal.

According to family members, the minor girl went for tuition and later they came to know that she drowned into the canal.

The age of the girl was five years and she hailed from Chak Hamta.

District Emergency Officer (DEO) Rescue 1122 Engineer Shakeel was supervising the operation while local police also present there.
