Sharjeel claims Lanjar residence targeted by JSMM protesters

Leader of the banned organisation JSMM Shafi Burfat, who has claimed responsibility for several incidents in Sindh, had called for a protest at the Moro Bypass. Police tried to peacefully disperse the protest, however, masked individuals threw stones and opened fire, injuring eight cops and two protesters.

Senior Minister Sharjeel said that during the protest, some individuals were seen carrying explosive materials and, using these substances, they set Lanjar's house ablaze.
