Anna Grace Phelan, a TikTok content creator who documented her journey with brain cancer, has died at the age of 19. Her death was confirmed through a statement posted on her official TikTok account on May 24.

The statement, written by her family, said, “Dear friends and family, it is with great sadness to announce that our beautiful daughter, Anna Grace Phelan, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.” The message thanked supporters for their prayers and noted that funeral arrangements will be shared soon.

Phelan gained a large following of over 139,000 users by openly sharing her cancer diagnosis and treatment journey. She first reported symptoms in August 2024, including numbness in her face and leg, vision issues, and balance problems. A subsequent MRI revealed a brain lesion. She was later diagnosed with a Grade 4 malignant brain tumor.

Despite the challenges, Phelan remained vocal about her Christian faith and continued to post updates. In a September 2024 video, she described the diagnosis as “the hardest news I’ve ever received” and thanked fans for their support.

Her final TikTok post, shared on May 15, showed her surrounded by family and friends outdoors, captioned “Sweet moments.”

Anna Grace Phelan is remembered not only for her faith and resilience but also for inspiring many by documenting her battle with brain cancer online.
