The police arrested a man suspected of murdering his 16-year-old daughter in an alleged honour killing case.
The suspect, identified as Umar Daraz, had allegedly stabbed his daughter to death for expressing her desire to marry a man of her choice.
A police team tracked down and arrested the fleeing suspect a coupe of hours after the crime had been reported.
According to police sources, the teenage victim had been stabbed multiple times.
