After naming Mike Hesson as the new head coach of Pakistan’s national cricket team, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced a major shake-up in its coaching setup.

The board has officially opened applications for new batting, bowling, fielding, and strength & conditioning coaches, inviting qualified candidates to apply by June 6.

The PCB has set clear and stringent criteria for these vital roles.

Batting, bowling, and fielding coaches must hold at least a Level 2 coaching certification along with five years of professional experience.

Meanwhile, the strength and conditioning coach position demands a bachelor’s degree in sports sciences or physical education and a decade of experience in the field.

This move signals PCB’s commitment to building a world-class support team under Hesson’s leadership, aiming to elevate Pakistan cricket’s performance on the global stage.
