COAS lauds bravery of wounded in Operation Bunyanum Marsoos

Army chief visits CMH Rawalpindi, says no hostile design can erode the determination of the Armed Forces of Pakistan.

Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Syed Asim Munir visited Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Rawalpindi on Monday to inquire after the well-being of soldiers and innocent civilians wounded during Marka-e-Haq / Operation Bunyanum Marsoos, the military's media wing shared.

DG ISPR Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry said the Pakistan Armed Forces conducted 'Operation Bunyanum Marsoos' on May 10 as part of the military conflict Marka-e-Haq in response to Indian military’s dastardly attacks that began on the night of May 6 and 7, resulting in the loss of innocent civilian lives, including women, children, and the elderly.

Pakistani military hit 26 Indian military facilities and dozens of Pakistani drones hovered over major Indian cities, including capital New Delhi, in the offensive operations on Saturday, DG ISPR said on Sunday.
