Holly Madison has alleged that her former boyfriend Zak Bagans was unfaithful to her with several women shortly after confirming a permanent breakup.
The reality television personality and podcast host shared her claims on Instagram Stories on May 10, writing, “It’s a perfect day for ME and not my ex who I just found out was cheating on me with at least three other girls. Never too late to find out lol.” She later added, “The count is now up to five girls now.”

While Madison did not mention Bagans by name, the timing of her comments followed her podcast revelation in March that she and the Ghost Adventures star had ended their relationship for good. “We broke up for good, for good,” she told listeners of her Girls Next Level podcast, adding that the relationship had been “very off and on” over more than five years.
Bagans responded to Madison’s social media posts by telling TMZ, “We were on and off for 6 years. Broke up multiple times. We haven’t spoken in 3 months. Wish her the best.”
Madison also turned to TikTok, sharing that her “fantasy ‘I’m bored’ scenario” would be having all the women her ex allegedly cheated with “fill [her] in.” Her online activity sparked speculation among fans and media.
The former Girls Next Door star was previously married to Pasquale Rotella and shares two children with him. Madison is also known for her past relationship with Hugh Hefner, and her work in television and writing. She currently co-hosts Girls Next Level with Bridget Marquardt.
Madison has recently expressed interest in repairing her strained relationship with former co-star Kendra Wilkinson, though she acknowledged that past media interference may have played a role in their fallout.
