Leader of Opposition in the National Assembly Omar Ayub Khan has strongly condemned the unprovoked Indian aggression along the Line of Control (LoC), declaring it an unacceptable and blatant violation of international norms.
He expressed solidarity with the innocent civilians injured in the attack and offered prayers for the martyrs who lost their lives in India's unprovoked assault.
He said that the nation and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) stand firmly with the soldiers, pilots, airmen and sailors defending Pakistan's borders.
In a statement, the PTI leader said India's shameless missile strikes were unjustified, provocative and endanger the peace and stability of the entire region.
However, he lamented that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif was "busy appeasing Modi and India" instead of responding firmly, "all owing to the Sharif family's business interests with Indian business tycoon Sajjan Jindal, chairman of JSW Group of Industries".
The opposition leader warned that Indian aggression posed not only a threat to Pakistan but also to global peace.
