The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) has once again imposed an air emergency across the country, suspending all flight operations until 12:00 pm today (Saturday). An official Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) has been issued to inform all relevant aviation authorities and operators.

According to a PAA statement, all airports in the country will remain closed to every type of flight during this period. This includes commercial, private, and cargo operations—no departures or landings will be permitted until the suspension is lifted.

The authority has stated that the situation is being closely monitored, and any decision to resume flight operations will depend on evolving circumstances.

Passengers have been advised to stay in contact with their respective airlines to obtain the latest travel updates and avoid unnecessary inconvenience.

The announcement follows Indian missile attacks on three Pakistan Air Force bases by India, which were intercepted by the country’s air defence systems, according to DG ISPR.
