Sharjeel says govt is prepared for any threat

Further, Memon claimed that India escalated tensions by targeting three types of objectives.

KARACHI:

At an emergency press conference, Sindh Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon stated that India demonstrated hostility towards Pakistan, in a manner openly violating international law, in response to unsubstantiated accusations of terrorism.

He stated that India blamed Pakistan for the Pahalgam incident without producing any evidence; adding that it rejected Pakistan's offer for an impartial inquiry, clearly showing that it had planned to carry out aggression on premeditated accusations.

Memon expressed that Pakistan acted decisively in self-defense, shooting down Indian Air Force aircrafts, killing three pilots, and successfully targeting Indian military installations across the Line of Control, resulting in the deaths of 40-50 Indian soldiers.

Further, Memon claimed that India escalated tensions by targeting three types of objectives. First, attacks were carried out against the Sikhs and their religious sites within India, falsely attributed to Pakistan to spread hatred.

India then aimed to create a false impression of victory by presenting the wreckage from these attacks as evidence of downed Pakistani aircrafts. The second target was Pakistan's defense installations, to weaken the country's defensive and offensive capabilities, while the third target was Pakistan's civilian population.
