Metallica is bringing its blockbuster M72 World Tour to Nashville’s Nissan Stadium for two nights of live music on May 1 and May 3, 2025.

The legendary rock band will perform two entirely different setlists across the two-night event, as part of their “No Repeat Weekend” format. Both concerts will take place on their in-the-round stage with fans in the exclusive Snake Pit positioned at the center for an unmatched view.

The opening lineup changes each night. On Thursday, May 1, Metallica will be joined by Pantera and Suicidal Tendencies. On Saturday, May 3, the opening acts are Limp Bizkit and Ice Nine Kills. Gates open at 4 p.m. Central Time, and the shows begin at 6 p.m.

Fans planning to drive are advised to purchase parking in advance. Lots N and R open at 1 p.m., with other lots opening at 2 p.m. Rideshare is recommended due to construction, with drop-off zones at Interstate Drive and South 2nd Street.

General admission pit ticket holders must enter through Gate 6, which is also where VIP check-in is located. Nissan Stadium enforces a clear bag policy and is a cashless, smoke-free facility.

While weather forecasts are still developing, fans should plan for spring rain. Umbrellas are not allowed, but ponchos, jackets, and blankets are permitted. Weather updates will be shared via the Nissan Stadium X (Twitter) account and venue screens.

Last-minute tickets are available through official Metallica and Nissan Stadium ticket vendors.
