Jordon Hudson builds $8 million property portfolio after dating former NFL coach Bill Belichick

Jordon Hudson, the partner of former New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick, has reportedly acquired a real estate portfolio valued at $8 million since the pair began dating.

Public property records reviewed by Realtor.com show that Hudson, 24, purchased four homes in 2023, each under an LLC registered in her name.

The first of the four purchases was recorded in June 2023, with Hudson buying a townhouse in Dorchester, Massachusetts, for $2.3 million. A $1.2 million mortgage was later secured for the property in December. On the same day, she reportedly obtained a second Dorchester townhouse for $2.2 million, also with a $1.2 million mortgage. Both properties have since been converted into multiple apartment units, generating rental income.

Prior to these transactions, Hudson bought a two-bedroom cottage in Harwich for $610,000 in October 2023. Her fourth acquisition came in December with a $3 million multi-family building in Roxbury Crossing, Boston. Records indicate the property was fully leased through August 2024, earning approximately $17,675 monthly in rental income.

To manage her real estate transactions, Hudson established a trust named the TCE Trust in June 2023. Reports suggest all four properties were paid off by January this year. In addition to the properties, Hudson is reportedly associated with 18 registered companies, most based in Massachusetts.

Hudson, a former pageant contestant and college graduate, met Belichick on a flight in 2021. Their relationship became public in 2024, shortly before Belichick's departure from the Patriots. He has since signed a five-year contract with the University of North Carolina, reportedly worth $50 million.

Belichick addressed the growing media attention surrounding Hudson this week, confirming they share both a personal and professional connection. The comments followed public reactions to Hudson’s appearance during one of his interviews, where she interrupted questions about their relationship.
