The Pakistan-US Alumni Network (PUAN), in partnership with the US Mission in Pakistan and the United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP), has launched its 2025 National Internship Programme.
Running from June 2 to August 29 2025, the initiative aims to offer practical experience to young alumni members.
The programme will select 40 interns from across 14 PUAN chapters, pairing them with senior alumni mentors in their respective cities.
Selected interns will receive a monthly stipend of Rs35,000 to help cover food, transport, and communication costs.
Eligible applicants must be current undergraduate students or recent graduates (within one year) and available to work full-time throughout the three-month period.
Candidates must also reside in the same city as their assigned mentor, as accommodation and travel arrangements will not be provided.
Previous editions of the programme have led to full-time job placements for many participants, highlighting its value for graduates looking to launch their careers.
The application period is open from April 23 to May 7 2025, with the deadline set at 3:00 p.m. PST on May 7.
