Speculation is growing among fans after Maroon 5 hinted at a possible collaboration with Blackpink's Lisa, following a cryptic social media post and a series of online interactions.
The American pop-rock band shared an image on their official social media platforms showing a man and a woman with their backs to the camera, gazing out from a high-rise window. The woman’s silhouette and styling led fans to believe she could be Lisa.
The speculation intensified when Brett Alan Nelson, Lisa’s Coachella stylist, reposted the same image. Fans quickly noticed similarities in the woman’s posture and hairstyle to Lisa, especially following her standout solo performance at Coachella 2025. Social media buzzed with comparisons and theories, with some users pointing out that the male figure bore a strong resemblance to Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine.
Adding to the speculation, fans discovered that Maroon 5 had liked a recent Instagram post by Lisa and that the band’s photographer, Travis Hartley Schneider, had followed Lisa’s account as well as those of her label and management team. The timing of these interactions has fuelled further theories that a collaborative project might be in the works.
Despite the mounting evidence and fan enthusiasm, neither Maroon 5 nor Lisa has confirmed any plans for a collaboration.
