IHC returns services of two judges to PHC
Judge Ehtesham Ali had been posted as Officer on Special Duty in Islamabad.
ISLAMABAD:
The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday officially returned the services of two judges from the lower judiciary to the Peshawar High Court (PHC).
The decision came after the approval of the acting Chief Justice, with a formal notification issued by the registrar office. The services of Syed Ehtesham Ali, a Grade 21 District and Sessions Judge, were transferred back to the PHC.
Judge Ehtesham Ali had been posted as Officer on Special Duty in Islamabad. Additionally, the services of Haseena Saqlain, a Grade 20 Additional District and Sessions Judge, were also returned to the Peshawar High Court.
